For 18 years, I lived at the fast pace of the most prestigious law firms. From the outside, everything looked like success: a full agenda, achievements, recognition. But my body and my soul told a different story. Stress, excess weight, and a deep emptiness reminded me that this “version” of me was not my truth.

My soul decided to stop and chose the path of transformation, because I didn’t like my body or my life, and there was nothing I felt proud of achieving — apart from my children. I lost more than 10 kg, trained as a triathlete, and studied meditation, breathwork, and over 20 disciplines of personal and spiritual development.
