Have You Ever Seen Yourself Reflected in Someone?

Sometimes the soul places us in front of a mirror.
Not just any mirror, but one that reveals our deepest wounds.
These encounters don’t come by chance… they come to transform us.

When the Soul Chooses a Mirror

In my case, that mirror took the form of a relationship: a twin flame.
An intense, challenging, and deeply revealing connection.
One of those relationships that shake you to the core, that force you to face what you’ve avoided for years.

The Wound I Had Never Healed

That relationship confronted me with something that had been hidden for a long time: my abandonment wound.
It wasn’t physical abandonment, but emotional—an echo from childhood, from unspoken emptiness, from what was never expressed with tenderness. And, unexpectedly, that wound was triggered again.

The Love That Hurts… and Heals

Instead of rejecting that wound, I chose to look at it. To feel it.

To face it, explore its message, and accept what it was telling me.
I understood that this relationship hadn’t come to complete me… it had come to remind me of what I still needed to heal.

Returning to Myself: The True Path

The process wasn’t easy, but it was profound.
Amid tears, revelations, and the necessary pauses, I found something I hadn’t expected:

My own capacity to love myself.

To hold myself in the midst of chaos. To choose myself. To return to myself, again and again.

Loving From the Soul, Not From Lack

Today I know that true love is not the one that demands, nor the one that chases.
It’s the love that allows you to be yourself.
The love that is born from the soul, free of expectations and attachments.
And that love begins within.

A True Story, A Deep Transformation

This is my story.
A real story about healing, accepting, and coming back to yourself.
About facing pain without running away, and choosing self-love as the way home.

And You? Have You Ever Faced a Mirror Like This?

A relationship that showed you what you hadn’t wanted to see?
A connection that confronted you with your wounds?

Maybe that experience also came to guide you back to yourself.
To your center. To your truth. To your soul.

I embrace you on this journey.
