Meet Gabriela

I was the youngest of three siblings and grew up in a family where, from a very young age, I learned to be alone. When I was seven, my mother became ill with arthritis, and that stage marked a before and after in my life. Her physical and emotional pain changed the family dynamic, and without realizing it, I began to develop great empathy, getting used to being “okay” for everyone else—even if inside I felt the opposite.
At home, emotions were never talked about. It wasn’t a subject. So, I grew up in silence, with a learned strength, but also with wounds I didn’t know how to express.
I married young and had three children. For years, I stayed in a relationship where many of the patterns I had seen in my childhood repeated themselves: alcoholism, lack of emotional communication, living more for others than for myself. Until one day, after a long time, I decided to let go. I felt like I was fading, like I was losing myself.
After the divorce, a new path began. At first, it was confusing—I felt estranged from myself—until one day, I hit rock bottom. I broke. I saw myself without masks, without anesthesia. I felt like I was in a well, and when I looked inside, I realized I didn’t like many things: not my body, not the way I lived, not the way I saw myself. And I understood that I had just been surviving… living as a victim.
I decided to change my story. I started with the physical: I lost weight, changed my habits. Little by little, the universe began to show me another path. I discovered things I had never heard before: that we are energy, that our words have power, that what we say creates, and that meditating is not escaping—it is returning to yourself.
I went from praying to also learning to be silent and listen to myself. And there, I began to heal. I took responsibility for myself—my decisions, my finances, my health, my life. And with that, I began to open up to new experiences, to grow, to feel that maybe I could contribute something to the world.
I took more than 20 courses, studied energy, manifestation, chakras, QiWong, and with teachers like Sadhguru. I began to see life through different eyes. I did hypnotherapy, went back to my childhood to find the origin of many of my beliefs about love, money, and abundance. I became a runner, made meditation an essential part of my days, and every time I got lost, I learned to return to my center.
And in that process, I discovered what it truly meant to love myself. I learned to look my wounds in the face, to stop running, to see my shadow—the part of me I had wanted to deny for so long… but that others constantly reflected back to me. And when I accepted it, something inside me changed.
That was when I understood my purpose: to share this path with other women. Women who, like me, have been strong their whole lives but are tired of merely surviving. Women who long to reconnect with themselves, to remember who they are, and to start living from their truth.
It is through this path that I share my story with you today.
So that you too can experience peace, freedom, self-love…
and from there, connect with your life’s purpose.

My mission as a guide is to help women reconnect with their essence, heal the wounds of the past, and rediscover the power that already lives within them. I walk beside those who feel the call to transform their lives, so they can return to themselves with clarity, strength, and love.
To be a loving guide so that each person can see their own essence, recognize their worth, their gifts, their talents—all that makes them unique and extraordinary.
I am a light along the path, reminding them that even in the darkest moments, there is always a way forward, always a spark waiting to be ignited.
My intention is to inspire each one to shine with their own light, to love themselves a little more each day, and to discover within the strength, peace, and clarity they have been searching for outside.
To bring light where there is darkness—not with judgment, but with love.
